Sheĺly in the parts department renewed my faith in good customer service. This employee was a gem, so personable and such a friendly smile and demenor. Thanks you! I must say she made the steep hourly rate ( I guess it’s the going rate for a mechanic but it’s hard to swallow lol) feel not to crushing because she was so nice.
