Pat Watts from Butler GM is a super star! We had a hard time finding what our family needed. Looking to down size from a large gas guzzling 12 seater van to something smaller and more economical but still fit a wheelchair, 5 people, pets, Costco runs and many medical roads trips was getting difficult. We stopped in unexpectedly one day and he listened to everything we wished for. Although he didn’t have something that day, he surprised us with a “Plan B” when we came back. It was perfect, priced fair and ready quickly.
Great customer service doesn’t even do it justice.
We are so happy and being new to the area, we’ve found our dealership for life.
